Tech Support Staff
Job Overview:
We are currently looking for someone to join our Tech Support team who will be responsible for purchase order fulfillment, RMA fulfillment, and provide tech support over the phone or email. This position requires an individual to be well-organized, a good communicator, and work well with others. Background knowledge of the wireless industry is a plus. Knowledge of the use of spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and power meter is not required, but a big plus. If necessary, we will offer training to on the use of these equipment.
Responsibilities:
· RF Testing for daily outgoing and incoming shipments
· Test outgoing units with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and power meter)
· Test incoming RMA units for general functionality
· Answering Tech Support email and phone inquires
· Report documentation and database management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Well organized and able to follow detailed instructions
· Strong verbal communication and writing skills
· Self-motivated and takes initiative
· Strong knowledge in Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Basic knowledge of Access
· Basic networking knowledge
· At least 1 year of work experience (preferably with Repeaters, DAS, BTS,
wireless service providers, or turnkey solution providers)
· Some heavy lifting may be required
