We want to measure the traffic carried by the repeater. The output power of the repeater affects the reverse link operating point. By measuring Rise of Thermal (RoT) in repeater reverse link, RepeaterOneTM can accurately infer the number of calls carried by the repeater. Furthermore, history of RULE data can be uploaded to the carrier server showing traffic changes during specified time periods.
