Last month, the ADRF team came together for a company-wide onsite focusing on connection, alignment, and looking ahead. It was a chance for everyone to step back from day-to-day work, reflect on what we accomplished last year, and align on how we’ll continue to support our customers and grow together.

Looking Back and Moving Forward

We kicked things off by highlighting key wins across our commercial, enterprise, and public safety markets. From complex DAS deployments to public safety and cellular signal booster solutions, the conversations highlighted how our work directly impacts not only our customers but also first responders, businesses, and the people who rely on reliable indoor connectivity every day.

Just as important, leadership shared our goals and priorities for the year ahead. The focus is clear: grow responsibly, execute with excellence, and continue raising the bar for our customers.

Investing in Our Customers

A major theme throughout the onsite was how ADRF is investing in better customer experiences. As our solutions and customer base continue to expand, so does our commitment to making it easier to work with ADRF at every stage of a project.

Teams talked openly about where we can improve and how we’re dedicating resources to strengthen customer service, technical support, and internal processes. That includes better training, improved tools, and tighter collaboration across teams so customers get faster answers, smoother deployments, and consistent support.

We understand that great customer service is everyone’s job.

Building the Next Generation of ADRF Products

Innovation also took center stage during the onsite. Teams reviewed the product roadmap and discussed how we’re continuing to invest in new technologies and product enhancements. There was a real emphasis on listening to customers and turning real-world feedback into better products. By strengthening the connection between product management, engineering, manufacturing, and support, ADRF is building solutions that are not only powerful and compliant but also easier to deploy, manage, and maintain in the field.

Stronger Teams, Better Execution

Each department also broke into smaller group sessions to focus on strategy, goals, and operational excellence. These conversations were practical, collaborative, action-oriented, and centered on how we can work smarter, communicate better, and support one another as the business grows.

Of course, the onsite wasn’t all meetings. From shared lunches and collaborative conversations to happy hours after work, there were plenty of moments to connect on a more personal level.

One highlight was our team-building event at K1 Speed, where a little friendly competition and a lot of laughter reminded us how important teamwork and trust are both on and off the track!

Looking Ahead with Confidence

This year’s on-site meeting was a great reminder of what makes ADRF special. It’s our passionate people, a shared purpose, and a commitment to doing things the right way. By investing in our team, improving how we support customers, and continuing to innovate across our product portfolio, we’re setting ourselves up for another strong year.

We’re energized, aligned, and excited for what’s ahead - and we look forward to continuing to deliver the reliable wireless solutions our customers count on every day.
