ADRF is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the in-building wireless industry, particularly with repeaters and fiber DAS for both commercial and public safety applications. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet customer needs while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training materials for internal sales and engineering teams.
Create and update product documentation, including specification sheets, user manuals, and quickstart guides.
Address internal technical inquiries and provide timely support.
Analyze and report on RMA trends, generating monthly RMA reports.
Maintain and update the technical knowledge base, along with product documentation on the MyADRF portal (firmware updates, manuals, mechanical drawings, etc.).
Accompany regional sales managers during customer meetings to gather insights for potential product development or product updates.
Review prototype units to ensure all specifications and customer requirements are met.
Request and review firmware updates based on customer feedback and requirements.
Attend customer meetings with key customers (such as T1C, NHO, AHJ, and distros) to support and advance product development initiatives.
Manage the product life cycle by analyzing sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
Develop and maintain a GTM strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or RF Engineering preferred).
Proven experience in the in-building wireless industry, especially with DAS OEMs or turnkey integrators.
Hands-on experience with repeaters, fiber DAS, antennas, and passive components.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio.
iBwave in-building RF design software experience is a plus.
Familiarity with handheld test equipment (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
Strong understanding of wireless technologies (LMR, FirstNet, P25, LTE, 5G NR) and frequency bands.
Experience with both commercial and public safety repeater/DAS systems.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
